摘　　要：建立了SS4改型机车PFC的仿真模型,对串联LC谐振滤波电路进行了暂态仿真,通过仿真了解晶闸管的暂态电压和暂态电流情况,并说明了可能导致晶闸管损坏的潜在因素,提出了建议。It builds a simulating model for PFC of type SS 4 modified electric locomotive.The tran sient of LC se-ries reso nant circuit for filtering is simulated,from which the voltage across the thyristor and the current through the thyris tor is an alyzed.The paper also describes the possible reasons of the thyristor breakdown,and makes some sugges-tions.
