摘 要:目的 探讨脂肪肝与血脂、血糖、酶的关系 ,为防治工作提供依据。方法 对体检B超检出的 118例脂肪肝患者及94名健康者 ,进行血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、载脂蛋白、血糖等分析。结果 脂肪肝组与非脂肪肝组相比GLU ,TG ,TC ,ApoA1,ApoB ,AST ,ALT明显升高 ,其余则无明显变化 ;脂肪肝组中主要以BMI >2 5患者为主 ;与脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的发生率在脂肪肝组显著上升。结论 脂肪肝与高血糖、高血脂、肝功能异常及BMI增高有关。Objective To investigate the relationship of fatty liver disease with plasma lipids, plasma glucose and serum enzymes etc., and supply evidences for prevention and treatment. MethodFasting serum biochemicals were measured and analyzed among 118 cases with fatty liver and 94 controls without fatty liver who were diagnosed by ultrasonic type B scanning. ResultLevel of GLU, TG, TC, ApoA1, ApoB, AST, ALT of fatty liver group were higher than those of the control group. People whose BMI>25 hold majority in the fatty liver group. The proportion of the diseases associated with lipid metabolism disorders increases in the fatty liver group. ConclusionFatty liver is closely associated with plasma lipids, plasma glucose and serum enzymes.
