大学新生适应障碍成因及应对措施

摘　　要：目的 :探讨大学新生适应障碍的表现、成因及应对措施。方法 :对三所高校近三年来 2 13名大学新生适应不良者进行观察、晤谈、随访 ;对 34例适应障碍的来访者进行咨询、分析和归纳。结果 :大学新生适应障碍主要表现在学习、人际交往和角色适应等三个方面。形成的原因是社会历史文化、应激因素和个人素质共同作用的结果。结论 :应大力加强大学新生的心理健康教育 。Objective: To explore the behaviors , causation and the corresponding measures of university fresh men adaptation obstacles. Method: 213 fresh men of recent three years from three colleges who can′t adapt themselves well to university life were observed, talked with and interviewed. The results of consulting about 34 cases, who have the adaptation obstacles were analyzed and deduced. Results: University fresh men adaptation obstacles are found in the following three aspects: the study, social communication and role adaptation and resulted from the interaction of historical culture, stimulation reacting factors and individual quality. Conclusion: Fresh men mental health education should be emphasized greatly and the relevant teaching and administration reform shoud be made.
