摘 要:目的 了解江西省景德镇地区结膜吸吮线虫 (Tc)病流行因素。方法 以生理盐水冲洗法检查犬眼感染Tc的情况。同时用发酵碎水果诱捕法 ,进行冈田绕眼果蝇 (Ao)调查 ,并行实验室饲养、繁殖。将其果蝇经断水、禁食后 ,用Tc初产蚴进行喂饲感染果蝇 ,观察其易感性。结果 检查家犬12只 ,全部为阴性。捕获Ao 2 2 3只 ,解剖镜检全部阴性。实验室繁殖的第 2代Ao于感染后 ,在 319只Ao中 ,查出阳性5 8只 (18 18% ) ;取Ao口器内的感染期幼虫 5 2条 ,接种实验犬双眼 ,从中检得成虫 2 4条 ,占接种蚴虫数的 4 6 15 %。结论 江西省景德镇地区不是Tc病流行区 ,但存在其传播媒介Ao ,且对Tc明显易感。Objective To approach for the epidemiological factors in Jingdezhen district of Jiangxi province. Methods Eyes of family dogs were examined for Thelazia callipaeda with saline from Jingdezhen, a city to the south of Yangzi River in July of 2003. The fruit flies, Amiota okadai, of the vector insect of T. callipaeda were captured by induction of grinded fermented fruits and raised in laboratory. The susceptibility of the flies to the new-born larvae was observed following with holding water and foods but feeding the larvae to the insects. Results No T. callipaeda was found in dogs examined and in 223 fruit flies captured. 319 flies of second-generation raised in laboratory, were infected with T callipaeda and 58(18.18%) were positive. Of the 52 infective larvae from mouth organs of the infected flies and inoculated into eyes of dogs, 24(46.15%) adults were harvested. Conclusion There is no thelaziasis in Jingdezhen district of Jiangxi province but there exist the vector hosts, A. okadai, which breed in the countryside and are susceptible to the eye worm T. callipaeda.
