摘　　要：本文从症候、病因、病机、辨证论治和专方治疗四个方面综述了中医药治疗胃粘膜上皮异型增生的临床进展概况 ;从病理学、免疫学、细胞生物学和分子生物学等角度 ,将临床有效方药进行的实验研究 ,亦作了概述 ;最后对该病中医药研究目前存在的问题与对策进行了分析。Fromfouraspectsofsyndrome ,etiology ,patho genesis,treatmentbypatternidentificationandtreatment byspecificformula ,thisarticlegivesageneralintroduc tionaboutclinicalprogressinheterogenesisofepitheliaof gastricmucosatreatedbyChineseherbalmedicineand givesasummaryexplanationabouttheexperimentalstudy ontheclinicallyeffectiveformulasfrompathology ,im munology ,cytobiologyandmolecularbiology .Finally ,this articlegivesananalysisonthepresentissuesandstrate giesinChinesemedicalstudyofthisdisease .
