海训官兵及医疗兵站保障官兵健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解海训官兵对健康教育需求情况,为官兵在海训期间身心健康保障提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷调查表,对不同海训时间、参加同期濒海训练不同兵种的官兵及医疗兵站保障官兵进行问卷调查。结果少数海训官兵在对家人强烈思念、相互关心、睡眠与饮食调适、提高训练成绩等方面存在教育需求;海训2个月的官兵与海训1个月的官兵相比体能消耗更大,对爱与归属的需求更为强烈;海训对医务人员的影响更大。结论有针对性地对海训官兵进行健康教育,是保障战斗力的重要方面。Objective To investigate the needs for health education in sea training officers and soldiers,so as to provide basis for keeping their physical and psychological health during sea training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the sea training officers and soldiers with regard to different training time and arms of servicesand the medical attendants.Results A few of servicemen need health instruction with regard to the following aspects:miss of home,attention of each other,sleep and diet adaptation and improvement in training achievement.The officers and soldiers who had trained for two months felt more exhausted than those for one month and they need more love and belongingness.Sea training had more influence on medical attendants than officers and soldiers.Conclusion In order to ensure combat effectiveness,it is an important aspect to provide health education for the sea training officers and soldiers according to their needs.
