摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,发展中国家不断发生金融危机,给受灾国的经济和金融发展带来了巨大的损失。我国已经加入WTO,国内金融业也开始逐步对外开放,在这种背景下,国家金融安全是一个不得不考虑的问题。该文在分析和比较新加坡与伦敦这两个国际金融中心在危机中的表现后,指出国际金融中心有助于维护国家金融安全。Developing countries in the 1990s suffered financial crises that brought tremendous loss to their economic and financial development.China has recently entered the WTO,and the domestic financial industry has begun to open gradually.Under these circumstances,national financial safety must be taken into consideration.This paper analyzes and compares the performance of Singapore and London,two international financial centers during the crises,and points out that being an international financial center is conducive to maintaining national financial safety.
