摘　　要：本文报告小儿乏特乳头炎10例。过去对本病缺乏认识,常误诊为胆道蛔虫病。B超所见发病时肝胆管不同程度扩张,总胆管远端梗阻;十二指肠镜下示乏特乳头炎性水肿。经消炎利胆及解痉治疗后症状消失且胆管缩至正常。本病发病原因不明。本文提出了诊断参考要点和以药物为首选的治疗方法。This paper reports 10 casses of Vater papillitis in children. This disease was often agnostic and misdiagnosed biliary ascariasis in the past. The hepatobiliatry duct dilatation and distal choledochal obstruction were showed with B—mode ultrosonography during each episode. The main finding was an inflammatory edema of Vater papilla under the duodenoscopy. The biliary diameter was normal and symptoms were disappeared after antiinflammatory, cholagogicy and anti—spasmodic therapy. The etiology has not been clear. The authors put forward the main diagnostic pionts and the drugs as the first choice of therapy.
