摘　　要：本研究主要以对上海市21所高校千余名具有高级职称男女教师的问卷调查、座谈、深入访谈的资料,对高校女教授健康状况进行多变量统计,分析了社会转型期上海高校女教授身心健康状况、存在的主要问题及相关要素,探讨并提出一些对策建议,以期为她们的身心健康创建良好的职业环境和社会环境。This Report is a multivariated statistics made of the health conditions of Shanghai's female professors on the basis of the materials gathered from the questionnaire investigations, forums and interviews among more than one thousand male and female teachers with high academic titles in the city's 21 colleges and universities. It analyses the physical and mental health of women professors in Shanghai's colleges and universities in the period of social transition, as well as related principal problems, discusses and proposes a number of coping measures and suggestions, in the hope of creating favorable professional and social environments for their physical and mental health.
