摘　　要：虚拟企业成为企业组织结构演进在高技术背景下的必然产物,虚拟企业的管理将成为21世纪一种重要的企业管理新模式。从虚拟企业治理结构的特点、创新内涵的分析入手,论述模式创新的一些对策思路,有利于推进虚拟企业管理的发展。Virtual enterprises are inevitable emergence in the gradual progress of enterprise's organizational structure under the high-tech background. The management of virtual enterprises will become an important new mode of business management in the 21st century. This paper starts from the concept and characteristics of virtual enterprises. Then it analyzes the operational mechanism of optimizing the enterprise's organizational structure. Based on the governance structure characteristics, it puts forward some countermeasures of the virtual enterprise's management innovation.
