摘　　要：大学电子文献阅览室,应该为教学科研服务,学习、研究的气氛应该大力倡导,娱乐只是它的辅助功能。从软件配置、人员的业务素质等方面阐述了如何增加电子文献阅览室的学习、研究氛围,以及电子文献阅览室如何管理。As the electronic reading room in the campus is used for study and research, how we can improve the atmosphere of study and research instead of entertainment will be a noteworthy thesis. And in this article, the author, as the administration of the electronic reading room, lays stress on the following questions: how to configure the software, what kinds of skill should the workers have, and how to administer.
