摘　　要：目的　探讨胃癌全胃切除术后较为理想的消化道重建术式。方法　对 72例全胃切除术后 ,两种袢式空肠代胃术式进行回顾性分析。结果　术后 3个月经胃镜检查 ,Day -Cunha二氏法返流性下段食管炎发生率为19.6 % ,Schlatter氏法为 38%。结论　DayObjective To discuss the better rebuild of alimentary canal's operation methods after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods Through retrospective analysis by 72 total gastrectomy and two kinds of looped jejunum instead Stomach's Operation Methods. ResultsThe rate of inferior esophageal reflux by Day-Cunha is 19.6%, by schlatter is 38%.Conclusion Method of Day-Cunha is a better operation method instead stomach.
