摘 要:有关物业管理质量的问题一直为社会关注。分析了我国物业管理的现状,其企业呈高中低档分布,而物业管理行业的回报率也有天壤之别。产生这种结果的原因在于服务质量,因此,提升物业管理质量成为物管企业生存、发展、壮大的根本。健全物业管理法规,加强政府监督机制,积极参与市场竞争,强化市场调节力度,建立ISO9000质量认证体系,严把企业质量关,加强企业自身建设,走专业化道路等,都有利于提升物业管理的质量,也是行之有效的途径。It is always to be paid attention on the quality of real property management. From the present conditions of real property in China, it can be found that the reason causing the problem is the service quality. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must increase its service quality. It is pointed out that there are many ways to increase service quality, such as setting up service management regulations, strengthening government supervision mechanism, taking part in market competition, enhancing the market regulation, establishing an ISO quantity certification system, guaranteeing quality control, strengthening enterprise self-building and taking the specialized road, etc.
