摘　　要：AHP法是一种有效的定性分析与定量分析相结合的多目标决策方法。对于房地产投资项目而言,其评价决策也是一个多目标、多层次、结构复杂和因素众多的大系统。在对房地产投资决策影响因素进行分析的基础上,建立了房地产投资决策的层次结构模型,并运用AHP法进行房地产投资决策分析,从而证明运用AHP法进行房地产投资决策是完全可行的。AHP is an effective multi-target decision method combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. A real estate investment project is a large system consisting of multiple targets, multiple hierarchies, complex structures and numerous factors. On the basis of analysis of affected factors, a hierarchic model of decision-making in real estate investment is set up and AHP is used to analyze the investment decision. It is proved that it is feasible to make investment decisions with the AHP method.
