周围型肺癌CT征象与MMP-2和VEGF表达相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　研究周围型肺癌CT征象与MMP 2和VEGF表达的关系。方法　运用SP免疫组化法对 47例经病理证实的周围型肺癌进行MMP 2、VEGF表达的检测 ,分析其与术前CT征象的关系。结果　MMP 2和VEGF表达与瘤体大小、深分叶征、棘状突起、纵隔淋巴结转移有关 ,与毛刺征、空泡征无关。结论　周围型肺癌CT征象中 ,瘤体直径 >3cm、深分叶征、棘状突起和纵隔淋巴结转移提示肿瘤的恶性度高。Objective To investigate the correlation between CT signs and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and VEGF in peripheral lung cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and VEGF was examined using SP immunohistochemical technique in 47 cases of peripheral lung cancer proved pathologically. The relationship between the results and preoperative CT signs was analyzed. Results The expression of MMP-2 and VEGF was related to the tumor size, deep lobulation, spinous protuberance and metastasis of mediastional lymph node, but not to spiculation sign and vacuole sign. Conclusion The CT signs of peripheral lung cancer with diameter more than 3 cm, deep lobulation, spinous protuberance, metastasis of mediastinal lymph node indicate higher degree of malignancy.
