摘　　要：目的　探讨CyclinD1表达与周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象及其预后的关系。方法　利用免疫组化方法及螺旋CT扫描 ,回顾性分析 66例经病理证实的周围型非小细胞肺癌CyclinD1表达与CT征象及预后的关系。结果　深分叶、毛刺征、淋巴结转移与CyclinD1过度表达有关 ;肿瘤大小、空洞、胸膜凹陷、分化程度、分期及组织类型与CyclinD1表达无关 ;Cy clinD1为负性预后因子 ,其过度表达提示预后不良。结论　CyclinD1表达在肺癌的发生、发展及CT征象中可能起重要作用 。Objective To investigate the relationship among the expression of Cyclin D1 and the CT features and prognosis in peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods The relationship among the expression of Cyclin D1, the CT features and prognosis was analyzed retrospectively by means of immunohistochemical technique and spiral CT scanning in 66 cases of peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer proved pathologically. Results The overexpression of Cyclin D1 was correlated with deep lobulation, spiculate sign and lymph nodes metastasis. The expression of Cyclin D1 was not correlated with tumor size, cavum, pleural indentation, differentiation, stage and histological type. Cyclin D1 was a negative prognostic factor whose overexpression hinted a worse prognosis. Conclusion The expression of Cyclin D1 may play an important role in the occurrence, progress and CT features of lung cancer. Detection of the gene and observation of the CT features can be considered as a marker of clinical diagnosis and prognostic evaluation.
