摘　　要：目的总结早期乳腺癌肿瘤切除联合放射治疗的12年随访结果。方法1988年11月～1990年6月,对31例早期乳腺癌施行肿瘤切除联合放疗(肿瘤切除组),35例施行改良根治术(改良根治组),比较2组病人术后12年复发率和生存率。结果肿瘤切除组局部复发率65%(2/31),总生存率741%;改良根治组复发率29%(1/35),生存率为743%。2组的复发率及总生存率均无显著性差别(Logrank检验,χ2=104,P>005;χ2=055,P>005)。结论对于早期乳腺癌,行肿瘤切除联合放疗是一种安全、可行的方法。Objective To summarize outcomes of 12 years of follow-up of lumpectomy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of early breast cancer. Methods A total of 31 patients with early breast cancer were treated by lumpectomy and radiotherapy from November 1988 to June 1990, whereas 35 patients with the same diagnosis underwent modified radical mastectomy during the same period. The recurrence rate and overall survival rate of the two groups were compared. Results The local recurrence rate and overall survival rate were 6 5% (2/31) and 74 1%, respectively, in patients receiving lumpectomy and radiotherapy, and 2 9% (1/35) and 74 3%, respectively, in patients receiving modified radical procedure. No significant difference was found in recurrence rate and overall survival rate between the two groups ( χ 2 =1 04, P >0 05; χ 2 =0 55, P >0 05). Conclusions Lumpectomy combined with radiotherapy is a safe and feasible procedure for early breast cancer.
