摘 要:目的 :初步探讨兔眼球摘除后眼眶畸形发育的机制。方法 :选取 7只 1月龄、体重相近健康的新西兰幼兔 ,行单侧眼球摘除 ,另一侧作为对照。手术 1个月后将兔处死 ,对比研究双侧眼眶的大体形态学和眶骨组织学改变 ,并测量反映骨吸收情况的骨计量学指标N Oc/B Pm。结果 :眼球摘除侧眼眶发育畸形 ,摘除侧骨组织吸收现象活跃。结论 :眼球摘除后骨吸收异常参与了眶骨的畸形发育 。Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of malformed development of orbit after enucleation in rabbit.Method:One eye of 7 healthy one-month-old rabbits was enucleated,and all the rabbits were sacrificed one month later.The changes in general morphology and tissue level and the operated between the normal orbits ,were carried out for comparative study and changes of bone absorption parameter were calculated.Results:The orbits after enucleation are malformed,and the orbital bone resorption in tissue level after enucleation is stronger than that of normal.Conclusion:The abnormal resorption of bones participates in the development of orbital deformity and the modeling of the orbital bones after enucleation is abnormal.
