摘  要:目的探讨FLAIR序列脑室内脑脊液搏动伪影的表现及其与年龄、性别、脑室大小的关系。方法对100例正常成人行头颅MR检查,并对FLAIR序列脑室内脑脊液搏动伪影(VCSFA)进行观察统计分析。结果VCSFA表现为脑室内轻微或明显高信号,在Ⅲ,Ⅳ脑室最常见,在不同年龄组存在明显差异(P<0.05),VCSFA组Ⅲ,Ⅳ脑室左右径大于无VCSFA组(P<0.05)。结论VCSFA是由反转延迟造成的,随着年龄增长及脑室增大,VCSFA出现频率增加,与性别无关。Objective To study the imaging manifestation of intraventricular CSF pulse artifact(VCSFA)on fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)images and the correlation with age,sex and ventricular size.Methods T2WI axial FLAIR scanning of head was performed in 100 healthy adults and the results were statistically analyzed.Results VCSFA was defined as the mild or prominent hyperintense signal in the ventricles and it was commonly found in the third and fourth ventricles on axial FLAIR images.There was a significant difference in different age groups(P< 0.05).Left-right width of the third and fourth ventricles in VCSFA positive group was bigger than that in VCSFA-negative group(P< 0.05).Conclusion VCSFA on axial FLAIR images is caused by inversion delay and the frequency is directly proportional to venlricular enlargement and age aging.No significant difference was found between different sex.
