开畸形形成机制与临床分型的头影分析

摘　　要：目的探讨头影分析对研究开畸形的分型与指导治疗的临床应用价值。方法采用神山氏开分析法对8例开病例进行临床诊断、分型。结果本组8例中,Ⅰ型为前牙低位见于3例,Ⅱ型为磨牙高位见于2例,Ⅲ型为骨骼性开见于3例。结论通过对开畸形的头影分析,在临床上对开病例进行矫治计划的制定及建立明确的矫治目标能提供可靠的理论依据。Objective To explore the significance of head shadow analysis for investigating the typing of open bite malformation and guiding the clinical applications.Methods Eight patients with open bite malformation were diagnosed and typied by using Kamiyama's classification.Results Among 8 patients,type I having low-order of fore-teeth was found in 3 cases,typeⅡhaving high-order of molar teeth in 2 cases,and type Ⅲhaving skeletal open bite in 3 cases.Conclusion Head shadow analysis of open bite malformation can provide the reliable theoretical evidence for planning the orthopaedic program and for establishing the orthopaedic target in the patients with open bite malformation.
