摘  要:目的 :探索免疫荧光技术在急性早幼粒细胞白血病诊断及治疗中的作用。方法 :采用免疫荧光技术检测APL患者PML -RARα融合蛋白。结果实验组PML -RARα融合蛋白阳性 ,对照组PML -RARα融合蛋白阴性。实验组采用ATRA诱导治疗后 ,达CR者PML -RARα融合蛋白全部转阴 ;未达CR患者 ,其PML -RARα融合蛋白持续阳性。结论 :用免疫荧光技术检测PML -RARα融合蛋白在APL诊断中具有快速、特异性强、灵敏度高等特点。根据PML -RARα融合蛋白变化可以判断APL疗效。Objective: Toexplore the function of immuno-fluorescence technology in the diagnoses and treatment of APL. Method: The PML-RARα fused protein in APL patients was stained by immuno-fluorescence antibody for PML. Result: PML-RARα fused protein was positive in test group and negative in contrast group. When APL patients were helped by ATRA into complete recovery(CR), PML-RARα fused protein became negative. which, however, continued to be positive in APL patients without CR. Conclusion: Examination of PML-RARα fused protein with immuno-fluorescence technology has high specificity, sensitivity and high speed to diagnose APL. The treatment effect of APL can be evaluated by the change of PML-RARα fused protein.
