围手术期动脉微量泵输注化疗治疗中晚期大肠癌

摘　　要：目的 :对围手术期动脉化疗灌注联合微量泵输注治疗大肠癌的价值进行探讨。方法 :用Seldinger技术对 2 6例大肠癌病例在手术前 1天行选择性动脉灌注化疗药物 ,保留导管 ,微量泵连续输注药物 ,至手术后第 5天。结果 :治疗后 ,患者临床症状改善明显 ,完全缓解 2例 ,部分缓解 18例 ,无变化 5例。有效率 80 .7%。 1,2 ,3年生存率分别为 79.1% ,5 5 .3%与 37.8%。结论 :围手术期动脉化疗灌注联合微量泵输注治疗大肠癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of perioperative arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with micro-pump infusion chemotherapy. Methods: 26 patients received chemotherapy by Seldinger technology which was infused via arteria correspondent. After that the chemical was infused by infusion pump. Results: After the treatment, the patients' clinical symptoms were improved, and 21 cases were partially relieved,with a total effective rate of 80.7%. The survival rates for 1,2 and 3 years were 79.1%, 55.3%, 37.8% respectively. Conclusion: Perioperative arterial infusion chemotherapy and infusion-pump infusion chemotherapy for colorectal cancer was presumably a safe and effective treatment.
