摘　　要：讨论用 KTAexplorerl00快速纯化工艺开拓系统进行凝胶层析测定蛋白质相对分子质量所涉及的限定条件问题。对该系统有关特性测试及应用表明,它具有加样量少、重复性好、定性和定量准确、快捷方便等优点。The special conditions of gel chromatography were discussed by using ?KTAexplorer100 for determining the protein relative molecular mass.The experimental results showed such virtues as the trace amount of total sample,the good repeatability,the accuracy of quality and quantity,as well as the convenience,etc.
