摘　　要：高校艺术专业学生除“专业素质”之外的其他大体类似的共同特点确实令人不好“恭维”。这也使高校艺术专业学生党员发展工作遭遇了两大特殊难题:学生综合素质严重欠缺“大面积”存在;党员发展对象可选择“余地”惊人之小;学生价值取向转变更易失衡,党组织吸引力减弱。其中的原因也较特殊:如社会“演艺类”市场环境“繁华”的诱惑;“作坊师徒式”教学模式的教师育人意识功能弱化;艺术专业类学生评价标准存在偏颇。因此,要永不言弃作为艺术“灵魂”的思想素质教育;创新“体验”与“典型”教育;形成党、团、师、评的强大合力,努力将“情境”设计基地化。The article gives an analysis of the main problems presently facing the work of recruiting Party members from among art majors in colleges and universities.At the same time,it probes into the causes of these problems from the angle of practice.On this basis,it points out that it is imperative to strengthen and improve the work of recruiting Party members from among art majors by bettering theoretical study,giving full play to the guiding role of typical examples,and optimizing the environment for educating people.
