摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆文化建设的必要性和意义,论述了馆员的主体作用及以读者为中心的思想是高校图书馆文化建设中应该始终坚持的方向。This paper analyzes the importance and significance of the development of library culture, and that the active role and the principle of readers being the center is the unswerving direction of the development of higher Institutes' Library Culture.
