摘　　要：本文对共同支撑知识经济的两种重要知识即产权知识和共享知识的优势和不足分别进行了分析和论述,在此基础上得出这两种知识是相互促进,相辅相成,对知识经济缺一不可的,希望则在于两者的有效结合与合理均衡的结论。This paper analyses and discusses the advantage and disadvantage of pr operty knowledge and share knowledge, which are two kinds of important knowledge in knowledge economy. On the basis of this foundation, we found that these two kinds of knowledge promote each other, complement each other, and either of them can be thrown away in knowledge economy. We reach the conclusion that an effec tive combination and rational balance of both is necessary.
