摘　　要：鲜卑族早期国家政权具有浓厚的氏族血缘组织与初期国家行政、军事组织相结合的游牧宗法奴隶制的特征,并在封建化的过程中长期存留。The characteristics of the nomadic patriarchal slave-owner's rule, which the clan, the blood relationship and the prime administration and the military control merge into one organic whole, exists in the Xianbei preliminary regime obviously. It keeps in the process of the transition from slave-owner's rule into feudal-owner's institution for a long time.
