食管癌术前化疗与单纯手术病人局部淋巴结转移和疗效对比

摘　　要：本文将32例术前化疗加手术治疗的食管癌病人与32例单纯手术病人进行了随机对比,发现术前化疗可明显减少局部淋巴结的转移,提高食管、贲门癌的近期疗效。术前化疗不增加手术的危险性和手术并发症。从对比结果可以推断:既然术前化疗能减少局部淋巴结的转移,就一定能对远处转移的微小病灶起到治疗作用。因此,术前化疗可以减少局部和远处癌组织的复发,这样可提高食管、贲门癌的长期治疗效果,并可以客观评价术前化疗的疗效。This paper contrasts 32 patients of esophageal carcinoma by preoperative chemotherapy and surgery with 32 patients by surgery only.The results showed that the properative chemotherapy for esophageal carcinoma can decrease the local lymph nodes metastasis and raise teh early curative effect of esophageal carcinoma.Properative chemotherapy can not increase the mortality and complication of the operated patients.We can deduce that preoperative chemotherapy can reduce the distant microdi- seases and raise the long curative effects of esophageal carcinoma.
