脑膜癌病的临床与脑脊液细胞学研究

摘　　要：本文报道20例脑膜癌病的临床资料和脑脊液细胞学检查结果。揭示本组病例的临床特点主要为头痛、呕吐和颈强硬,部分病例伴有脑神经麻痹或脊神经根受损症状;脑 CT 和其他脑造影检查未发现颅内占位性病变;脑脊液细胞学检查却发现大量癌细胞。脑脊液细胞学检查除具有一般恶性肿瘤细胞形态特征的癌细胞外,大多数病例以单核细胞特别是激活型单核样细胞比例增高,淋巴细胞比例相对降低为特点;部分病例以淋巴细胞比例增高或以嗜中性粒细胞增高为主的混合型细胞反应为特征。The clinical data and CSF cytological examination of 20 cases of meningocarcinoma are reported in this article.The major charcteristics include headanche,vomiting and stiff-neck.Some cases have the symptoms of cranial verve paralysis or spinal nerve-root lesion.CT scan and other graphic exami- nations can′t show intracranial neoplasms,but in CSF cytology examination can be found a lot of can- cer cells which possess common histological characteristics of malignant tumors.Furthermore,in most cases,the proportion of monocytes rises,especially that of mononuclear-like cells,and the proportion of lymphocytes revelantly lowers.Some cases show the characteristics of mixed cytological changes that mostly either lymphocytes or neutro cytes rise.
