裸基因对小鼠胸腺发育的影响

摘　　要：分别对7、14、21、28、35、60、90日龄的BALB/c-nu/nu、BALB/c-nu/+和BALB/c-+/+三种基因型小鼠的胸腺进行检查。结果发现BALB/c裸小鼠(nu/nu)缺乏胸腺,杂合子小鼠(nu/+)的胸腺重量和胸腺皮质厚度均明显低于纯合子正常小鼠(+/+)。提示突变小鼠胸腺的表现型受裸基因及基因型的控制。The thymuses in three genotype mice of BALB/c-nu/nu, BALB/c-nu/+ and BALB/c-+/+were examined when they were 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 60, and 90 days old. It was found that thehemozygous nude mice(nu/nu)lacked thymus, the thymic weight and the thickness of thymic cortexwere significently smaller in the heterozygous (nu/+) mice than those in the hemozygous normalmice. The results suggest that the thymic phenotype may be controled by the nude gene and thegenotype.
