摘  要:应用培养的人结膜成纤维细胞30万个注射于兔眼玻璃体内,制成一种新的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变模型。注射7 d后,出现明显的玻璃体增殖,并逐渐引起视网膜脱离。注射21 d后,视网膜脱离率为67.4%,机化条索光镜检查见大量成纤维细胞和新生毛细血管。提示该模型定量性好,比较接近临床实际,适合于药物的筛选。The paper reports a model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy,which was made by injecting 3×10human conjunctival fibroblasts into rabbit vitreous. Seven days after the injection, vitreous prolifera-tion became obvious and retinal detachment occurred gradually. On the 21st day after the injection,therate of retinal detachment was 67. 4% and the light microscope examination of the proliferative tractfound a lot of fibroblasts and new blood capillaries. We consider that the model is favourable to quanti-tative study,close to clinical practice and suitable to the selection of therapeutic agents.
