摘　　要：目的　探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病 (PLAM)的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现 ,提高对该病的诊断水平。资料与方法　 2例经肺活检病理证实的肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病患者 ,均为育龄期女性 ,均行胸部CT平扫和HRCT检查。回顾性分析其临床特征及HRCT表现。结果　HRCT特征性表现为 :双肺弥漫分布大小不一囊状透光区 ,囊腔直径2～ 15mm ,多数为 10mm左右。结论　PLAM的HRCT表现具有特征性 ,结合临床特征可提示该病的诊断。Objective To investigate HRCT features of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (PLAM) and to improve its diagnosis. Materials and Methods Two women of childbearing age with pathologically-proved PLAM underwent both conventional and high-resolution thoracic CT scanning. The clinical data and HRCT features were retrospectively analyzed.Results The characteristic HRCT manifestation was multiple, different-sized cystoid transparent areas, which were diffusely-distributed throughout both lungs. Most cysts were of 10mm in diameter (2～15mm). Conclusion PLAM carries characteristic HRCT sings, which are very suggestive for making a correct diagnosis when clinical data are together taken into account.
