癌胚抗原、铁蛋白用于恶性肿瘤的联合测定

摘　　要：本文选用两种分布较广的肿瘤标记物癌胚抗原(CEA)和铁蛋白(SF)对200例恶性肿瘤患者运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行联合测定,其结果在所检测的恶性肿瘤患者中,CEA、SF 均显著增高;且二者联合检测可提高诊断阳性率。作者认为,CEA、SF 是日益成熟的两种肿瘤标记物,可运用于恶性肿瘤的筛选、普查、和诊断。In this article,the combined determination of CEA and SF with ELISA method in 200 persons suffering from cancers is reported,including cancers of the esophagus,the throat,the nose,the phar- ynx,the oral cavity as well as postoperative brain tumours and breast cancers.The contents of both CEA and SF in the blood of the patients with the turnouts mentioned above increased singificantly (P <0.01).the x^2 test demonstrated that both CET and SF had the same reference value for tumour diag- nosis,and that the combined determination of them could raise the rate of right diagnosis.It is believed that CEA and SF are two mature and widely-used tumour markers,which are worthy being consulted and used in the clinical diagnosis and the general survey of cancers.
