摘　　要：以 AutoCAD 为二次开发的平台,以 Dialog-box 为界面,针对干燥设备中非正交管件进行计算机辅助放样,并直接与数控剪板机配合进行数控下料。其放样原理为:在 AutoCAD 中两曲面立体相交的交线是一段样条曲线-Spline,利用该样条曲线自身的大量数据点及顶面构成直纹曲面,再对该曲面进行数值放样、绘制展开图。In this paper,AutoCAD is utilized as the secondary developing foundation to sheet non-perpendicular of dryer with Dialog-box interface and directly link numerically shear.The sheeting principle:in AutoCAD,the spline that is the intersecting line of two 3D-solids'union is used to create data of it own characteristic points and top surface's points.then the points are numerical sheeted and sheeting patter is drawed.
