摘　　要：目的 :探讨一种有别于传统的方法治疗青光眼术后白内障 ,总结颞侧切口的优点。方法 :对3 0例患者在颞侧的角膜缘后约 2mm处做反眉式隧道口 ,分离后粘连的虹膜 ,环形撕囊 ,超声乳化吸出核及皮质 ,植入人工晶体于囊袋内。结果 :3 0例术后视力均有不同程度的提高。眼压保持与术前基本相同的稳定状态。较轻的角膜水肿并很快消退。结论 :由于采用颞侧切口把白内障手术对青光眼滤过道的影响降低到最小的程度 ,并方便了术中的操作 ,减少了青光眼复发的机会 ,减轻了术后并发症 ,充分提高了患者的视力 ,可取得满意的疗效。Objective:To investegate the effects of phacoemulsification treating cataract after glacoma surgery with temperal incision that is different from traditional ways.Methods:In 30 cases, the temperal tunnel incision was made behind the corneal limbus. The adherent iris was divided. After central continuous circular capsulorheis(CCCC) and phacoemulsification, intraocular lens(IOL) was implanted in capsular bag. Results:The visual acuity (VA) of the all 30 cases improved obviously after the operation. The intraocular pressure was kept normal. The cornea recovered clear in short time.Conclusion:Because of temperal incison, the harm of phacoemulsification to glaucomatous filtering tunnel became light extremely. the operation was convenient and the recurrence of glaucoma was reduce. The patients could get better VA and satisfying effects.
