双重金属领圈在桩核冠修复治疗中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双重金属领圈在残根、残冠修复治疗中的临床效果。方法:临床选择65例残根残冠患者,70颗患牙,经完善的根管治疗后,采用双重金属领圈进行桩核冠修复,并经过1～2年临床疗效的追踪观察。结果:70颗患牙有65颗无异常,5颗有不同程度的松动、脱落、根折、崩瓷、龈炎等。结论:双重金属领圈在残根、残冠的桩核冠修复中,有一定的临床价值。但制作中应注意适应证的选择,掌握操作要点,以提高成功率。Objective: To study the clinical effect of dual metal ferrule for on fixed prosthesis in the residual roots and crowns. Methods: 70 residual teeth of 65 patients were endodontically treated and restored by post and core crown with dual metal ferrule, followed up for 1~2 years. Results: 65 cases were satisfactory, only 5 cases appeared loose, fractured, porcelain dropped, gingivitis and so on. Conclusions: Dual metal ferrule for fixed prosthesis in the residual root and crown has its own indication, which should be carefully applied clinically.
