摘　　要：目的:探索嵌体冠在磨牙残冠的可用性。方法:选择髓腔深大,缺损位于龈上1.0mm,轴壁厚度不少于1.0mm,经过完善根管治疗的磨牙残冠68颗,以嵌体冠形式修复治疗。结果:68颗患牙随访0.5～3年,有1例脱落,67颗成功。结论:嵌体冠可应用于髓腔深大的磨牙残冠修复。Objective: To investigate the availability of inlay-crown restoration for molar residual crown. Methods: 68 residual molar crowns meeting the following conditions were restored by inlay crowns, ① residual crowns with large and deep pulp chambers; ②not less than 1.0mm thickness of axial walls around pulp chambers; ③perfect endodontic therapy; ④ at least 1.0mm occluso-gingival height.. Result: Residual molar crowns were restored successfully in all cases except in one after half a year to three years? follow-up. Conclusion: Inlay-crown can be applied to the residual molar crown with deep and large pulp cavity .
