摘　　要：本文通过对温州地区建筑施工企业人才状况的调查分析,对温州建筑施工企业在未来5-10年内对人才数量、人才能力素质要求以及人才需求的趋势和特点等方面进行了探讨,并提出改善温州建筑施工企业未来人才状况的对策。Making an analysis on the present situation of talents in Wenzhou construction enterprises, this article discusses the quantity and quality of the demand of talents in the future five to ten years in Wenzhou construction enterprises. It goes on to expound the tendency and character of the demand of talents, and finally it points out some suggestions to improve the situation of the talents in Wenzhou construction enterprises.
