摘　　要：我国加入WTO后,政府的行政管理体制会受到重要影响,同时对依法行政工作提出了更高要求。为适应加入WTO的要求,政府的行政管理体制和管理方式必须进行变革。变革内容包括树立依法行政观念,确立法在政府行政中的权威;采取一系列有效措施规范政府行为;建设一支高素质的行政执法队伍,努力提高政府行政执法水平。The entry of WTO exerts great influence on the administrative system of the government. Meanwhile it causes greater demand on the law enforcement administration. To meet the requirement of WTO, we must reform our administrative system and administrative means, which include: establishing the concept of administering in accordance with law, determining the authority of law in government administration, taking some effective measures to regulate government administration, cultivating high quality administrators to improve the administrative law enforcement onto the government.
