摘　　要：目的探讨乙醇、葡萄糖酸钙注射液和利多卡因混合局部注射治疗血管瘤。方法95%乙醇、10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液、2%利多卡因按3∶2∶2混合配用局部注射治疗草莓状、海绵状、混合性血管瘤共193例。结果全部治愈,随访至今无复发。有6例在治疗过程中出现瘤体溃烂,经照氦氖激光及外敷抗感染药膏后愈合。结论该方法使用恰当,其效果好,疗程短,并发症少,简单易常用,值得推荐。Objective To study the efficacy of ethanol,calcium gluconate and lidocaine as local infection in the treatment of the angioma of children.Methods According to the ratio of 3∶2∶2,Mixted injection of the 95% ethanol,10% calcium gluconate and 2% lidocaine were injected to the angioma of children in 193 cases.Results All cases were cured.No recurrence was found with follow-up from june 1993 to December 2002.However,the ulceration of mass was occured in 6 cases during the course of treatment.Via using helium-neon laser and covering antibiotic unguent,they were healed.Conclusion If this therapeutic method is used reasonably,it has a good efficacy,simple manipulation,shorter therapeutic course and less complications.
