摘　　要：分析了Q2 35钢坯轧制高速线材成材率低的原因 ,通过工艺、设备技术攻关 ,采取相应措施 ,取得了满意的效果。Causes to the low qualified product ratio of the high speed wire rod rolled out of Q235 continuous casting billet are analyzed and satisfactory results have been achieved by improvement in the operating process and equipments and by adoption of associated countermeasures.
