摘　　要：目的　研究P53 ,c myc在卵巢良性肿瘤及卵巢上皮性癌中表达的相关性及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化技术分别对 2 3例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤、5 3例卵巢上皮性癌进行P53 ,c myc基因蛋白定位、表达程度分析。结果　在良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中P53 ,c myc的蛋白表达率分别为 8.70 % (2 2 3) ,13.0 4 % (3 2 3) ,在卵巢上皮性癌中P53 ,c myc蛋白表达率分别为 4 9.0 6 % (2 6 5 3) ,4 5 .2 8% (2 4 5 3)。P53 与c myc蛋白在早期与晚期卵巢上皮癌组织中的阳性表达 ,统计学差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。P53 与c myc蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌G1与G2 ,G3 的阳性表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　P53 ,CObjective To investigate the association between P 53 and c-myc gene expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods The P 53 and c-myc were examined,analysed and compared in 53 cases with epithelial ovarian carcinoma,23 cases with benign epithelial ovarian neoplasia by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of P 53 and c-myc in benign epithelial ovarian neoplasia was 8.70%(2/23)and 13.04%(3/23)respectively. The positive expression of P 53 and c-myc in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were 49.06% and 45.28%. Nineteene cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma cooperate with positive expression. All the gene expression can be detected in cellular nucleus. The positive expression rate of P 53 and c-myc were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ than in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ(P<0.05).And significantly higher in serum carcinoma than in mucus carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion P 53 and c-myc acted as cell cycle regulate factor participated in the occurance and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
