儿童外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术探讨

摘　　要：本文报道儿童外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术２４例，对儿童外伤性白内障的临床特殊性，术中切口的选择、前后囊膜的处理、虹膜前后粘连的处理、如何减少和防止外伤性白内障人工晶体植入后的炎症反应、合并角膜外伤的处理等手术关键步骤作了探讨。强调对穿孔伤的及时、精确的显微手术处理，充分控制外伤引起的炎症，及早作白内障手术及人工晶体植入是儿童外伤性白内障手术成功的保证。Abstract24 cases of traumatic cataract extraction with PC-IOL implantation in children were reported. The special characters of traumatic cataract in children, the choice of incision, the management of anterior and posterior capsule, the treatment of anterior or posterior synechia, the reduction and prevention of inflammation after traumatic cataract surgery and PC-IOL implantation, the management of coexisted corneal injuries were discussed. It is emphasized that precise management of microsurgery for penetrating injury, full control of inflammatic reaction induced by trauma, timely cataract surgery and PC-IOL implantation, correct management of key procedures mentioned above are the assurance of successful cataract surgery and good visual acuity after operation in children.
