摘 要:本文对25例经CT、MR确诊的腔隙性脑梗塞进行经颅多普勒超声(TCD)研究,发现表现为颅内动脉流速正常、椎基动脉流速降低、颅内动脉流速普遍降低、颅内个别动脉流速增高四种类型,综合结果分析,认为TCD灵敏度高,能发现血管功能异常,可作为评判疗效的客观依据,而具体定位定性则以MR、CT为优,但MR、CT不能检测血管功能。TCD was performed in 25 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction with was identified by CT and MR. TCD scans of lacunar cerebral infaraction were divided into four categories: (1) Blood flow speed was normal in intracranial artery; (2) Blood flow speed was decreased in vertebrobasilar artery; (3) Blood flow speed was generally decreased in intracranial artery; (4) Blood flow speed was occasionally increased in intracranial artery. According to the results, We think that TCD is highly sensitive and reveals vascular funtion abnormal and elaluates effection of treatment as an objective standard. Although CT and MR were better than TCD in accurate location and pathognomic significance, they could not judge vascular funtion.
