摘 要:目的了解住院病人对护理健康教育是否接受并掌握相关的知识和技能。方法采用本院护理部设计的《健康教育评价表》和《护士健康教育满意度调查表》对我院303例住院7d以上的病人进行问卷调查。结果评价表中入院教育阶段2项内容,基本掌握者>94%,住院教育阶段9项内容,4项基本掌握者>91%,5项(疾病相关知识、饮食知识、用药知识、休息及活动、安全防范知识)基本掌握者<89%,出院教育阶段2项内容,基本掌握者<84%;护士健康敎育满意度3项内容,满意率<88%。结论护士应提高对健康教育的认识水平,加大相关知识的培训力度,帮助病人有效掌握教育内容,提高健康教育满意度。Objective To understand inpatient's attitude to health education and their knowledge and technique. Methods 303 inpatients hospitalized for more than 7 days in our hospital were investigated by 'Health Education Evaluation Scale' and 'Satisfaction Scale on Nurse's Health Education' designed by the department of nursing administration. Results The 2 items at admission reached more than 94% in their mastery. Among the 9 items at hospitalization, 4 items reached 91% and 5 items (disease-related knowledge, diet knowledge, medication knowledge, rest and activity, knowledge for safety and prevention) 89% in their mastery. The 2 items at discharge reached 84%. The 3 items in satisfaction with nurse's health education reached 88%. Conclusion The measures to raise patients' satisfaction with health education lies in nurses' raising their recognition of health education, enhancing training of relevant knowledge to help patients master education contains.
