摘  要:目的 探讨P波离散度 (Pd)和最大P波时限 (Pmax)对特发性阵发性心房颤动 (IPAF)的预测价值。方法 观察测量 3 5例IPAF及 3 5例健康人 (对照组 )的Pmax和Pd ,并以Pmax≥ 110ms和Pd≥ 40ms为阳性标准 ,评估Pmax、Pd和Pd +Pmax对IPAF的预测价值。结果 IPAF组的Pmax和Pd均较对照组显著增大 (P <0 .0 1) ,Pd或Pmax+Pd对IPAF有较高的特异度和阳性预测值。结论 IPAF可引起Pmax和Pd显著增大 ,Pd是预测IPAF的有效指标。Objective To assess the predictive value of Pmax and P wave dispersion (Pd)to idiopathic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (IPAF).Methods 35 cases of IPAF patients were studied and 35 healthy people were chosen for the control group. Both of their Pd and Pmax were measured. Cases would be considered positive if Pmax≥110ms or Pd≥40ms.Results Pd and Pmax were significantly higher in IPAF group than in the control group (P<0.01). The specificity and positive predictive value for IPAF by using Pd or Pd+Pmax are fairly high.Conclusions IPAF can cause the rising of Pd and Pmax while Pd is an effective predictor for IPAF.
