摘　　要：目的　用 7例骶前切除直肠癌手术和术后长期随访 ,评价这一术式在老年人低位直肠癌治疗价值。方法　通过病者自评及定期追踪访查其直肠功能及 3年、5年生存率。结果　本组初期共手术满意度 2 0 % ,半年后满意度为 86% ,3年生存率达 80 % ,5年生存率平均 40 %以上。结论　骶前切除直肠下段癌虽然达不到“根治”和“无瘤技术”要求 ,但如果病例选择适当 ,则对不能耐受根治术的病者仍有一定使用价值。Objective To evaluate the effects and role of Sacrum-Coccyx resection for elderly with low-rectal cancer by follow-up 7 cases.Methods Evaluate the function of rectum and 3-year,5-year survival,by following-up and consideritig patients' self-report.Results Twenty percent of patients were satisfied after the operation, and 86% percent felt satisfied half-year later. Three-year survival rate was 80%,and 5-year survival rate was 40%.Conclusions Sacrum-Coccyx resection for low-rectal cancer is not a radical and highly carcinoma-free therapy,but it is a valuable treatment for the elderly patients who cannot endure radical resection,if we carefully select cases and improve the carcinoma-free technique.
