摘　　要：经济全球化、信息化的发展使得产品创新设计的能力已成为决定企业乃至国家在全球化竞争中地位的首要因素。本文分析了产品创新开发过程和KBE环境下的产品创新开发策略 ,构建KBE环境下产品创新开发系统体系结构 。The development of the economy globalization and information makes the ability of the product creative design become the chief factor that decides the status of the enterprise even the country during the globalization competition. In the paper the process of the product creative development and the strategy of the product creative development under the KBE environment are analyzed; the system structure of the product creative development under the KBE environment is conceived; the system scheme of the product creative development under the KBE environment is advanced.
