摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的深入发展以及加入WTO，医院的运营也将逐步从计划走向市场。要在激烈的市场竞争中处于有利的位置，就要保持高水平的医护服务质量和良好的运营成本控制。将传统的医院管理模式转变到以数字化医院的现代管理模式将有助于医院各类资源的系统整合，长远来看有助于提高医院在未来市场经济中的竞争力。现代化的医院建设离不开医院的数字化建设，但数字化医院的涵盖内容到底包括哪些方面?它的建设需要具备哪些条件?它的建设模型要如何实现才比较合理?本文对此进行了探讨。With the further reform and opening up in China and its entry into the WTO,the running mode of hospitals will have to be converted from planning action to market competition. In order to hold an advantageous position, the hospital must have highly-level medical service and effective cost control. Converting from traditional administrative pattern to a digitalized hospital with modern management mode will help in organizing and optimizing the hospital's resources, which will enhance its competence in the long run in the future market. The construction of modern hospitals cannot do without the construction of digitalized hospitals. However, what elements should be involved in a digitalized hospital and what conditions does it require? How will the construction model be more rational? The article discusses the issues above mentioned.
