结膜松弛症手术治疗远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　随访观察手术治疗结膜松弛症的远期疗效情况。方法　手术治疗的结膜松弛症 81例 ( 14 7眼 )连续病例中 ,随访时间≥ 2 4月 ,资料完整的 2 4例 ( 4 3眼 ) ,进行症状评估 ,泪河观察 ,BUT测定 ,眼表荧光素染色 ,氯霉素尝味试验 ,并观察手术后球结膜及下睑缘变化。结果　 43眼症状改善者 3 5眼 ( 81 3 6% ) ;泪河恢复正常者 3 7眼 ( 86 0 5 % ) ;BUT≥ 10秒者 3 1眼 ( 72 0 9% ) ;眼表荧光素染色正常者 2 7眼 ( 62 79% ) ;氯霉素尝味试验≤ 10min内阳性者 2 6眼 ( 60 47% ) ,裂隙灯显微镜检查眼球与下睑缘、内、外眦部之间无松弛结膜皱褶者 3 1眼 ( 72 0 9% ) ;下睑缘位置正常者 3 8眼 ( 88 3 7% )。结论　选择适宜手术方式治疗结膜松弛症是安全。Objective Follow up and observe the long_term effect of conjuctivochalasis surgery.Methods In 81 conjunctivochalasis continuous patients (147 eyes) underwent surgery,24 patients (43 eyes) with complete data were followed up more than 24 months.The evaluation was based on: symptom evaluation,Tear meniscus,BUT test,bulbus oculi fluorescein staining,test of chloramphenicol testing,and post_operation observation of bulbar conjunctival/lip_margin inferior changing.Results In 43 eyes,symptom improved in 35 eyes(81.36%);normal Tear meniscus reformed in 38 eyes(96.05%);BUT≥10 seconds in 31 eyes (72.09%);27 eyes(62.79%) with normal bulbus oculi fluorescein staining result;26 eyes(60.47%) with positive result of test of chloramphenicol tasting ≤10 minutes;no chalasis fold between bulbus oculi and lip_margin inferior,inner/outer canthus was found in 31 eyes(72.09%);38 eyes (88.37%) was with normal lip_margin inferior position.Conclusion The surgery with appropriate selected method is safe and effective.
